Project Management

We aim to bring fresh, innovative thinking to every project and use our extensive knowledge of the industry to help our Clients make the right decisions for each individual scheme. Offering a full spectrum of services ranging from RIBA stages 0-7. Offering a full spectrum of services on Infrastructure, Newbuild and Renovation projects.


We advise clients on projects and determine requirements, prepare scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion and specification of works. We are also able to carry out condition surveys of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, including proposals for repair and advise on party wall procedures.

Clerk of Works

We pride ourselves in being different to the historic role where inspections are made identifying defects once already present, but we offer our skill and experience in helping contractors prevent errors that later become defects.

Cost Consultancy

We strive to provide expert, proactive cost management that will ensure your Project is delivered on budget and meets all the requirements and success criteria from the outset. Key aspects of our service include land acquisition, feasibility, cost planning, investment appraisal, procurement, value engineering, whole life value analysis, BoQ and final accounts.

Principal Designer

Our Principal Designers, are experienced to be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the pre-construction phase of the project. Working closely with the Project team and Stakeholders to make sure that risk is monitored, managed and reported into all elements of the design. All in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015 and other legislative requirements.


Our team have many years of in house experience working with a wide variety of Clients, offering equitable solutions and value to all projects.
